Leandro spotted Mates, Italian footballer Roberto Mancini's new custom-made sports yacht, in the waters of Caprera Island.
Kifaru, which means Rhinoceros in Swahili, is a new Italian yacht company, founded in 2008, as a collaboration between the Sarti family, who were behind Tecnomar until 2008, and Roberto Mancini, the well-known Italian footballer and coach.
An earlier collaboration led to the Velvet 35 model for Tecnomar. This model, the Askari 63, designed by Luca Dini and launched in June, is the first yacht to be built by Kifaru. Larger photos to follow …

20 June 2009: Activity around Pari. A containment barrier has been placed around her and hull inspections appear to be taking place.
2 June 2009: Pari ran aground off St Jean Cap Ferrat, on Saturday 30th May, dragged on to the rocks at anchor by heavy winds during the night. Attempts to refloat her have been halted until an inspection of her hull has been undertaken. No one was reported injured.
As can be seen from the photos above, she has now been tethered to the rocks with some floatation devices at her bow and stern - or perhaps those are fuel containment barriers? No fuel was visible in the surrounding area.
The magnificent villa La Fleur Du Cap, that overlooks the waterfront, used to belong to Charlie Chaplin, then was owned by David Niven until his death in 1983.

16 May 2008: Tonight Lauren L arrived in Monaco from a charter show in Genoa, having just completed a major face lift courtesy of new owners Liveras Yachts.
500 m2 have been added to guest space - an increase of over 50%, with 5 new 30 m2 cabins. A couple of tenders on the new boat deck, including a nice limo tender from Cantiere Motonautica Serenella. New superstructure on deck 6 with gym. Helideck on the bow. 2 metres in length added. New colour scheme: grey and white. Paint faired to yacht standards.

Niels has sent in a nice set of photos of Queen Margrethe boarding Dannebrog, the Danish royal yacht, in Copenhagen.
Dannebrog usually heads off every summer for a cruise, sometimes with the Norwegian royal yacht Norge. In 2006, she visited Greece and Malta. Along with her 58 crew, she can carry 27 royals and 14 guests.
