The design plan for this concept is often confused with Eclipse, and used as an illustration. As far as I can see, they are completely separate projects.

As Max points out, Project Morpheus, from Fincantieri's new yacht division, created in collaboration with Benetti, bears a striking similarity to 115m Al Mirqab. It was announced as a project in 2006 - does anyone have any more information ? Yacht Forums have some pics.
Other announced projects include the 70m Prospect (Laurent Giles), 85m Wave (Stefano Natucci), 74m Goldmine (with Fraser Yachts), and the 102m Marco Polo (Camillo Costantini).

Yachting Partners International has announced the recent signing of a new build at Cantieri di Pisa. This will be the largest yacht ever under construction at this shipyard and the new flagship of Cantieri di Pisa.
Designated the Pisa Akhir 153, the 46.6m superyacht built for a regular client of Yachting Partners will be supervised, managed, and eventually chartered by Yachting Partners International. The yacht is to be delivered in April 2010.
