Cavendish White will be unveiling the latest range of super yachts, known as Leviathan Yachts, at the Monaco Yacht Show, which starts next week. This British company has joined forces with US-based Mega Yacht Group to build 45 to 150 metre yachts in China.
The first fruit of the collaboration, Project Midas, started steel cutting in July at the Nanhua High Speed Engineering facility. Built to Lloyds specifications and MCA compliant, the 68 metre Leviathan will be delivered in autumn 2009.
Models and plans of a range of Leviathan Yachts will be on display at Cavendish White's stand no: TQT17 during the show. Project Midas has a price tag of $53,000,000.
The plan above indicates a 67 m length and the name M/Y Casino Royale and then Millenium (on the yacht itself). Possibly simply for illustrative purposes.
